PFA is The Professional footballers' Association, is an annual award for player that is given to the players who are considered to be the best player and is very influential in English football. PFA Player of the Year Award has been presented since the 1973-1974 season, the winner is chosen by a vote amongst the members of the players trade union, the Professional footballers Association (PFA).
